• Handling purchase and sales contracts for food products
• Process and record trade transactions in internal systems

• Monitor contract fulfilment and ensure volumes, pricing, and delivery terms are correctly executed
• Support the commercial team with trade documentation and reporting
• Ensure documentation complies with food industry regulations and internal procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes
Accounting Administration
• Record purchase and sales transactions in the accounting system
• Verify invoices against contracts, delivery records, and pricing agreements
• Assisting with monthly and annual reports
• Support internal audits and financial reporting requirements
• Support cost tracking for purchased goods, transportation, and related trading expenses
