In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• Relevant experience in accounting and finance, including hands-on responsibility for month-end closing and financial reporting
• Experience with coordinating financial ops, A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations
• Experience with audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Knowledge of VAT, corporate income tax, and intercompany accounting
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and international stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, e.g. MS Dynamics 365
• Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to support and coordinate Finance team members
• Professional proficiency in English
