Responsibility for theprocessing of complex equipment sales operations. Supporting the needs ofcolleagues with quality information and taking responsibility for themanagement, progress and timely sales closing of each order. You must haveexcellent communication and problem solving skills, to support the needs ofcolleagues and customers, while working with the rest of the sales team,operations department, finance and IT. You will be the key point of contact forsales members and supporting the Business Planning Manager. Part of this roleis improving sales opportunities and process management, through generatingreports on sales status and delivery timelines.
Main responsibilities of this key position are:
- Responsible for improving sales operations processesfrom quotation to product deliveryoperations
- Managing and optimizing the sales tools and systems
- Coordinating and supporting the sales projects andinitiatives that aim to improve the sales team's performance and efficiency
- Working and communicating with the Operationsdepartment to ensure that forecasts and orders are placed, managed and expedited
- Responsible for promoting improvement activities e.g.quote format, contract paper, equipment sales forecast and any other relevantsales operating systems
- Support any other tasks e.g. sales budget management,coordinating cross-departmental meetings, etc
