Scope of the role is Account Management. The role executes global marketing activities and strategies. Its responsibilities include maintenance of assigned global accounts, acquisition of new clients, keeping good customer relationships, and following up with customer needs.
• Developing close working relationships with assigned global accounts
• Frequently visiting all assigned accounting
• Acquiring detailed supply chain information on all assigned accounts
• Executing market research, analysis, and acquisition of new global accounts
• Analysing fashion and product trends throughout the industry
• Establish sales targets for assigned global accounts
• Monitoring sales and marketing strategies for assigned global accounts
• Supporting affiliates and Global Marketing Representatives
• Timely reporting to management
• Performing store audits and attending trades shows
• Provides sales and customer support to other account managers
